ETHCC WRAP UP
After a delightful Sunday evening at the f/cc event to kick things off (covered in last week's newsletter), EthCC and EthGlobal in Brussels wrapped up – and POAP kept making waves.
Throughout the week, attendees were eager to show off their You Met Me POAPs and encouraged people to say hello so they could collect:
Once the POAP fairy dust settled, 300+ different POAPs were dropped in Brussels with 3,000+ unique collectors (and an unsurprising collector sitting atop the EthCC Collection Leaderboard). More than 1,200 people collected the general attendance POAP for EthCC.
Hundreds of POAP Moments were also attached to EthCC POAPs, helping people bring POAPs to life and preserve their place in history:
Other EthCC highlights:
- The Eventcaster POAP integration made it easy to airdrop POAPs to attendees on Warpcast, though some people still want the POAP team to show up in person.
- POAP Studio teamed up with Harpie and the NFT Fest to create fun POAP Passport experiences for collectors (Harpie and NFT Fest Passports).
- The NFC wristband at Regen Village resulted in 300+ POAPs minted.
Looking ahead to another major event, Devcon in Bangkok this November, POAP collectors already have more reasons to rejoice:
